This Hot Chocolate Fudge is rich, creamy, and delightfully festive! Made with real chocolate and fluffy mini marshmallows, it tastes just like your favorite mug of cocoa in dessert form. Perfect for Christmas parties, edible gifts, or snowy weekends at home, this easy no-bake fudge recipe captures all the warmth and sweetness of the season — one bite at a time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 packet (about ¼ cup) hot cocoa mix

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and hot cocoa mix. Stir until melted and smooth.

  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  • Fold in 1½ cups of mini marshmallows, reserving some for the top.

  • Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  • Sprinkle remaining marshmallows on top and gently press them in.

  • Chill for 2 hours or until firm.

  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Add crushed candy canes for a peppermint twist.

For an extra-rich flavor, mix in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
