3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 packet (about ¼ cup) hot cocoa mix

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and hot cocoa mix. Stir until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Fold in 1½ cups of mini marshmallows, reserving some for the top.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle remaining marshmallows on top and gently press them in.

Notes
