12 oz green candy melts or white chocolate dyed with green food coloring

Instructions

Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip bag and rolling pin.

In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined.

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Melt green candy melts with coconut oil until smooth.

Dip each truffle into the melted coating using a fork; tap off excess.
